Lloyd “Vance” Silver, Jr., age 66, of Walls Church Road, Ellenboro, N.C., passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2017 at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. The funeral service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 2, 2017 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel, Forest City.
