Polk County District Court results for June 14
During Polk County District Court on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 103 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Anna H. Barson was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Barson was fined $40 and court costs.
Teka Maria Booker was convicted of possession of methamphetamine. Booker was sentenced to 48 hours of community service, one year supervised probation and court costs.
Benjamin Butterfield was convicted of speeding 64 mph in a 50 mph zone. Butterfield was fined $75 and court costs.
Christopher S. Cates was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Cates was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $25 fine and court costs.
Brian Alan Clark was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Clark was fined $40 and court costs.
Rebecca Ann Evans was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Evans was fined $40 and court costs.
Ricky Green Jr. was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Green was fined $40 and court costs.
Caroline S. Greene was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Greene was fined $100.
Ricky Lane Hileman was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Hileman was fined $40 and court costs.
Jamie Marie Lark was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Lark was fined $75 and court costs.
Kevin Christopher Manson was convicted of failure to appear. Manson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Nicholas W. Odorizzi was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Odorizzi was fined $40 and court costs.
Stephen G. Pettyjohn was convicted of breaking and or entering, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and larceny after break/enter. Pettyjohn was sentenced to three years supervised probation, a $100 fine, $665 in restitution and court costs.
Eddie James Riddle was convicted of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Riddle was sentenced to 13 days in jail with credit for time served.
April Dawn Roberts was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Roberts was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $50 fine and court costs.
Victor Santos was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Santos was fined $100.
Makayla Jane Self was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Self was fined $75 and court costs.
Elizabeth Gail Splawn was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Splawn was fined $40 and court costs.
Thomas Leslie White was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. White was fined $75 and court costs.
Alana Carrie Wieber was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Wieber was fined $40 and court costs.
Roderick Lynn Wilkins was convicted of level four driving while impaired. Wilkins was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 48 hours of community service, a $500 fine and court costs.
Hollys Lavon Williams was convicted of misdemeanor probation violation. Williams’ probation was terminated.
Robert Earl Williamson was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Williamson was sentenced to 16 days in jail with credit for time served.
