TFAC presents bluegrass band in downtown Tryon
The Midnight Plowboys will perform on the Veh Stage at Tryon Fine Arts Center on Saturday, June 3 at 7 p.m.
The Midnight Plowboys are a traditional roots music string band and one of the top bluegrass bands in western Northern Carolina. They’re known for their diverse musical style, which includes elements of fiddle, bluegrass, Americana, folk, and classic early country. The Asheville-based band makes their Tryon debut to benefit the Pacolet Junior Appalachian Musician (PacJAM) program.
Tryon Fine Arts Center’s PacJAM program preserves traditional music through lessons for children and adults and public performances. More information about the Tryon Fine Arts Center and the PacJAM program is available at tryonarts.org/pacjam.
