Jesse Navarro, center, manager of Polk County Farm Bureau, was named first place honor agency manager in his category for 2016, by Steven D. Carroll, CPCU, executive vice president and general manager of North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. Navarro was selected for this honor based on the agency’s outstanding sales and service record for multi- lines of insurance during 2016. Agents Shirley Odel LUTCF, left, and Bobby Gato, right, also shared in the honoring of the agency.  The local office specializes in automobile, home and life insurance.
