Polk County Toy Run draws 550 people, raises almost $17K

This year’s Polk County Toy Run, held on Saturday, Nov. 26 raised $16,900 and collected 47 bags of toys. The Toy Run starts at the Saluda Fire Department and ends at the Polk County Courthouse, with motorcyclists riding throughout the county to raise money and toys for underprivileged children in Polk County. Here the riders are making their way in pairs down Hwy. 176 from Tryon towards Landrum.
