In his bid for North Carolina’s 10th District seat in Congress, Andy Millard’s record speaks for itself: proof that he is a community-spirited man of intelligence, principle, integrity, respect for all people, sincerity, thoughtful – a problem solver, not a problem maker.

Andy Millard will bring to Washington effective negotiation, collaboration, persuasion and many other attributes for accomplishing good government. We need his dedication in Congress.

In the more than 20 years I have known and observed Andy and his family I have found him trustworthy, kind, unflappable – altogether a good man. Yes, we can depend on this one!
