During the month of July 2016, the Tryon Police Department answered 307 calls for service.

There were 21 citations issued, 35 warning citations issued, eight arrests and four investigations.

Officers responded to four accidents with property damage, completed 60 security checks, responded to 26 disturbance calls, assisted other agencies seven times and unlocked nine vehicles.
