This is a chance to ride on the beautiful Green Creek Hounds trails. Rides will be led by Green Creek staff members and will cover a variety of terrain, such as meadows, creek crossings, hills and optional jumps. There will be two groups, one that moves along and is capable of walk, trot or canter paces. The other group will go at a slower trail pace.

 

Many members take advantage of this opportunity and we hope non-members will too. Trail rides are free to current 2015-16 GCH members. Prospective new members and guests are welcome. There is a fee for non-members. Horses are not provided and helmets are required.

 

Guests: All guests must contact a master to attend.

Fee: There is a fee per ride for guests. Please put fee and signed release in an envelope with your name on the outside and give to the field secretary or a master at the Trail Ride. This fee may be applied toward a Riding Membership for the 2016-17 season. It is not applicable toward any other type of membership. A release can be found at greencreekhounds.com. ASTM helmets are required.

 

Remember, these rides are on private land. This land may not be ridden on except at GCH events. It is important to stay with your group’s leader. Rides will last approximately two hours.

 

Bring a drink, a chair and a snack to share afterwards. Come join the fun that is Green Creek Hounds.
