Ty Stott must be feeling pretty good that his Polk County varsity baseball team has won its previous two contests by a combined 29-1 score, having defeated East Henderson, 13-1, on Thursday, March 24.

The win put the Wolverines at 4-8 overall. They’re 1-3 in the Western Highlands Conference.

Polk’s next three games are at home, beginning with this Tuesday evening’s contest against WHC rival Owen. On Thursday, March 31, the Wolverines host Christ School. On Tuesday, April 5, the powerful Madison Patriots visit Columbus. All varsity games begin at 6:30, following JV games.
