Ellar Noveller Tessneer Faulkner, 84 , of Mill Spring, N.C. passed away Dec. 28, 2015.  She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Olar McMurray Tessneer.

She was a loving homemaker, who enjoyed babysitting and spending time with children.

She was survived by two sons, Beler Tessneer (Mill Spring), and Tim Faulkner (Landrum); four daughters, Trudy Faulkner (Mill Spring), Nancy Faulkner (Mill Spring), Angel Tessneer (Landrum), and B.J. Bayne (Green Creek); two brothers, five sisters, 12 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.

Ellar was predeceased by three sons, Tony Faulkner, Darrol Faulkner and Darwin Tessneer, and two daughters, Linda Tessneer and Carol Faulkner.

The family will recieve friends from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015 at Petty Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Fred Siegfried. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
