Polk County’s varsity wrestling season begins in a big way, when the Wolverines travel to Landrum this Tuesday evening, to share the mat with Landrum, North Henderson and Cherokee.  So far, the Wolverines have had only scrimmages, losing to East Henderson, 66-18, on Nov. 17.  This evening’s meet was originally set for Polk County High School. It’s set to begin at 6 p.m.
