Patty Otto, owner of Landrum’s popular eatery The Hare & Hound, received the designation of Landrum’s Citizen of the Year for 2015. She accepted the award from Bob Walker representing the Landrum Lion’s Club on Nov. 19 at the Landrum Depot. She will now serve as grand marshal of the Landrum Christmas Parade Dec. 3.
