Landrum had the misfortune to meet yet another tough regional opponent on Friday, Oct. 30, with Pendleton outscoring the Cardinals, 42-3, and concluding Landrum’s regular season.

Cardinal head coach Jason Farmer had told his players the week before that they had to figure out how to defeat clubs of the caliber of Pendleton and others in the very tough region.

Landrum finished the regular season at 3-8 overall, and 1-6 in the region, while Pendleton’s Bulldogs are 8-2 and 6-1, respectively.

The Cardinals have a mostly young team, with many underclassmen, who hope to turn their experience into more wins.
