Go behind the scenes at TEDxTryon
Published 10:00 pm Monday, November 2, 2015
You are invited to attend the first (of many more to come) community conversations inspired by
the Sept. 12 TEDxTryon event at Tryon Fine Arts Center. At ‘Behind the Scenes at TEDxTryon,’ a panel of the 2015 speakers and coaches will be sharing what it was like to prepare and present a
TED talk. These candid conversations (with audience questions encouraged) will reveal the inner workings, highlights and lows of their speaking experiences from start to finish.
If you have ever considered giving a TED Talk or have an idea worth spreading, come learn how you can take part in future events. Join us from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6 at Isothermal Community College Auditorium, 1255 W. Mills Street in Columbus, N.C. The price of admission? Free to all. And all are welcome!
Curiosity is reason enough to attend – you don’t have to be a speaker or “wanna be” speaker to enjoy the evening. We hope to see you on Nov. 6! Questions? Contact Donna Donnelly at 828-859-0232 or donna@lifeguidesinc.com.
