To the editor:

 

Regarding Pack and Gage responses of Oct. 14, if it was left to you two, ICWD’s original offer was just fine. Now that the citizens stepped up and demanded a better deal for Polk County, ICWD drops out. You want to blame the voters who you were supposed to represent. We were just smarter than you anticipated. Bravo to the citizens of Polk for standing up! Now lets get on with the business of voting in better commissioners to represent all of us.
