After months of planning by a dedicated group of volunteers, Toy Story Weekend, Sept. 26 and 27, has finally arrived in Tryon. A play, exhibits, art shows, scavenger hunt, self-guided tours, folk art demonstrations, fundraiser, silent auction, town stroll, live music and the grand opening of the Tryon Historical Museum will all complete the celebration of the 100^th anniversary of the Tryon Toy Makers and Wood Carvers.  (Photo by Claire Sachse)
