Robert Bryan Davis was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Davis was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, one day in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.
James Edward Hammonds was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Hammonds was fined $70 and court costs.
Mandy Michelle King was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. King was fined $70 and court costs.
Adam Lee Lyda was convicted of simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lyda was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Gary Lyle Marcum Jr. was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Marcum was fined $70 and court costs.
Matthew S. Phillips was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Phillips was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, one day in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.
Leslie Hardin Powell was convicted of open container after consumption of alcohol first. Powell was fined $100 and court costs.
Gerald Carlis Puckett was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Puckett was fined $70 and court costs.
