In Polk County District Court on June 29, 2015, with Judge Athena F. Brooks presiding, 210 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Thomas Dillion Bird was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Bird was fined $30 and court costs.
Jason John Bradley was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Bradley was fined $40 and court costs.
David Henry Bridges was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Bridges was fined $30 and court costs.
Lee Robert Broquet Jr. was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Boquet was fined $30 and court costs.
Seth Harrison Brown was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Brown was fined $30 and court costs.
William Paul Brown was convicted of simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance. Brown was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit.
Henry Carroll Bryan was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Bryan was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Colin James Coldham was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Coldham was fined $40 and court costs.
Jerry Wayne Corn was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Corn was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, one day in jail, a $100 fine and court costs.
Thomas Anthony Drook was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Drook was fined $40 and court costs.
Tracy Allison Fuller was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Fuller was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, seven days in jail, a $200 fine and court costs.
Daniel Austin Fults was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Fults was fined $97 and court costs.
Valentina M. Gaffney was convicted of no operator’s license and level one driving while impaired. Gaffney was to pay court costs for no operator’s license and was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 30 days in jail, a $400 fine and court costs for driving while impaired.
Madison M. Gardinier was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Gardinier was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Charlene Griffin was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Griffin was fined $40 and court costs.
Timothy Wayne Harris was convicted of probation violation. Harris’ probation was revoked with credit for any pretrial time served.
David Ray Heatherly was convicted of level four driving while impaired. Heatherly was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, two days in jail with credit, a $100 fine and court costs.
William Thomas Howard was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Howard was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Sricharan Inampudi was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Inampudi was fined $91 and court costs.
Termaine N. Jackson was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Jackson was fined $40 and court costs.
Darius Dajon Jacobs was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Jacobs was fined $98 and court costs.
Jeffrey Ryan Judy was convicted of open container after consumption of alcohol first and reckless driving to endanger. Judy was fined $100 and court costs.
Jaleesa M. Kirkendoll was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Kirkendoll was fined $90 and court costs.
Ryne Graham Loven was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Loven was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit and court costs.
Charles Keith Lovin was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Lovin was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
Justin Keith Lowery was convicted of breaking and or entering, larceny after break/enter and injury to personal property. Lowery was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
Edward Lee Morgan was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Morgan was fined $30 and court costs.
Nicholas Brandon Pack was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Pack was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 10 days in jail, a $300 fine and court costs.
Matthew William Rice was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Rice was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 10 days in jail, a $300 fine and court costs.
Gilbert J. Rodriguez was convicted of possession of open container/consumption of alcohol in passenger area. Rodriguez was fined $50 and court costs.
Shannon Nicole Sanders was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Sanders was fined $30 and court costs.
Russell W. Shoemaker was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Shoemaker was fined $75 and court costs.
Stephen Michael Sigler was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Sigler was fined $40 and court costs.
