Polk County Superior Court April 27 Administrative session

In a Polk County Superior Court Administrative Session on April 27, 2015 with Judge William H. Coward presiding 57 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Kimberly Joy Charlton was convicted of felony probation violation. Charlton’s probation was revoked with credit for 33 pretrial days.

Edward Littlejohn Jr. was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure. Littlejohn was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs.

Robert Lee Strough Jr. was convicted of flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle and resisting public officer. Strough was sentenced to 52 days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.
