To The Editor:
As a long time subscriber to the Tryon Daily Bulletin, I look forward to the weekly column written by David Crocker on diet and fitness. His practical and realistic approach I have found to be easy to understand and apply to real life.
Recently, my husband had trouble passing his CDL physical, and I decided to contact David to get some help. What a difference after 7 weeks with David! Working out with him, twice a week, along with some minor dietary changes suggested by David, has dropped my husband’s blood pressure from 172/110 to 123/82. His liver enzymes, which were 4 times higher than the normal range limit, are now solidly normal. A high blood sugar reading of 162 when we started, now regularly tests within the normal range. He has lost more than 20 pounds. I have also benefited from our lifestyle changes and workouts with improving posture, normal blood pressure, increased energy, and looser fitting clothes.
I encourage anyone who is thinking of making diet and/or fitness changes to contact David. He would be glad to help you too!
