Funeral services for Carolyn Hall Outlaw, age 84, of Bishopville, S.C., who passed away Feb. 11, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Stewart Kidd will officiate. Burial will be in the Bethany (Tiller) Cemetery in the Turkey Creek Community of Lee County. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Outlaw was born in Lee County, S.C., a daughter of the late Edwin Walter and Maude Caughman Hall. She was a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church and was retired from Progress Energy.
Surviving are one son, Douglas Edwin Outlaw, of Greer; one daughter, Sonja (Stephen D.) Lucas, of Lake Lure, N.C.; two grandsons, Dan McIver Howle, III, of Lake Lure, N.C. and Yancy Paul (Christi) Kirven, Jr., of Bishopville; one granddaughter, Laura Kirven (Derrick) Waddell, of Florence; one great grandson, Zander Thearon Waddell, of Florence.
