Joanne Alice Ouellette Jones, 64, of Columbus, died Dec. 2.  She is survived by daughter, Angelyn Marie Miller Ayala (Manuel) of Spring Hill, Fla.; a son, Joseph Morgan Miller (Tasha) of Burden, Okla.; and brother, Ernest A. Ouellette, Jr., of Kenneth City, Fla. She was predeceased by her twin sister, Judith Friedrich. No services are planned.
