Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry (“Outreach”) is accepting applications for Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. and – 2:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday. The last day to apply for Thanksgiving assistance is Oct. 30, for Christmas assistance the deadline is Nov. 13. Proof of Polk County residency; food stamps, Medicaid and/or proof of income for everyone in the home are required.
