Columbus Police seize 800 steroid doses

On Oct. 19 at approximately 6 a.m., the Columbus Police Department arrested Adam Jeffery Milledge, 27, of Cayce, S.C. after a brief vehicle pursuit. After the arrest, more than 800 doses of steroids were located in Milledge’s vehicle, along with marijuana and assorted paraphernalia.
According to police reports, Milledge was charged with four counts of felony possession of a schedule III controlled substance, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, felony maintain a vehicle for controlled substances, felony flee to elude arrest, six counts of simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, failure to heed lights and siren, and reckless driving.
Milledge was held at the Polk County Jail under a $50,000.00 secured bond. His first court appearance was Monday, Oct. 20, 2014.
