Nancy Carol Eriksen, 56, of Tryon died June 6.
Survivors include her sons, Erik Zachery and Alexander James Charping, mother Kitty J. Eriksen of Tryon, N.C., fiancee Stephen Money, sister Diane E. Relyea of Madison, WI, and brother Christopher J. Eriksen of Greenville, S.C.
A prolific musician and bright spirit, Nancy touched many with her beautiful voice and guitar music.
Services will be held at Tryon Congregational Church on Saturday, June 14 at 2 p.m. Guests are invited to wear a dash of red in honor of our spunky and spirited “little red.”
A celebration of her life will follow at McGourty’s Pub in Tryon, N.C. at 4 p.m. Friends are invited to join in playing and singing music at the celebration.
Nancy was a caring soul who fostered many cats for the Foothills Humane Society. The family has set up a memorial fund there to which donations may be made in Nancy’s honor.
