Tryon Arts and Crafts School adds executive director

Tryon Arts & Crafts School has been in the process of growing and changing for several years.
The addition of the word“School” to their name in 2011 signified an important step in the fine-tuning of their mission and vision for the future.
Market-Place-Tryon-Arts-&-Crafts-SUSAN-BThe ongoing development of the excellent facilities at Harmon Field have allowed them to provide education in a wide variety of traditional mountain crafts and fine crafts that support this mission.
As a part of their ongoing transformation Susan Buser has been selected to fill the position of Executive Director.
Tryon Arts & Crafts School has been working closely with non-profit consultant Susan Buser for the last few months, for the purpose of doing a comprehensive analysis of the organization and putting in place plans for organizational development.
The re-energizing of the organization is already beginning to take place, and work and planning continue toward more exciting plans to be announced over coming months.
