Saluda turning hearts toward fall festivities

The next Walk in the Woods is Oct. 20; meet at Saluda Library to carpool, 2 p.m. More information about SCLT and these events can be found at saludaclt.org or 828-749-1560.
Small Town Main Street meetings with the STMS program director, Sherry Adams, are scheduled the third Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m. at Saluda Library, next meeting is Oct. 15. All welcome.
Come enjoy the Art and Music Fair supporting local artists and craftspeople at Nostalgia Courtyard, Oct. 20. Also, there’ll be an OktoberFest at Maggie’s Old Saluda Store at 1487 Ozone Drive from 4 to 8 p.m.
Saluda Garden Club meets Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. at library.
Blue Ridge Contra Dancing Tuesday, Oct. 22, 7 p.m. at the Party Place & Event Center.
There’ll be community potluck and bingo, Saluda Center, Oct. 28, 6 p.m. Bring your favorite dish to share!
Mark your calendar for the Saluda Halloween Stroll, Thursday, Oct. 31, 3 -6 p.m. on Main Street; Saluda police will be on hand to help keep this safe and fun for little ones.
