Duke Energy Foundation sponsors TFAC Fall Educational Tour

J. Craig DeBrew, Duke Energy Carolinas District Manager, hands Marianne Carruth, TFAC’s education and fall tour director, a check to sponsor Tryon Fine Arts Center’s touring production of A Thousand Cranes by Kathryn Schultz-Miller.
The production is scheduled to perform in local North and South Carolina schools the week of Oct. 14-18, with a final performance in the Peterson Amphitheater on Sunday, Oct. 20 at 3 p.m.
This is the fifth year of this outreach program, which trains high school actors and brings live theater to elementary through high school children in Polk County and District One schools.
