The Polk County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested two persons on separate drug related arrests.

On May 6, officers arrested Charles Edward Coleman, 28, of 3726 Ashley Hall Drive, Charlotte. Coleman was charged with one count of felony possession of schedule III controlled substance and one count of felony maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, according to sheriff records.

On May 9, officers arrested Corey Shane Lindsey, 25, of 390 Polk County Line Road, Rutherfordton. Lindsey was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine, trafficking opium/heroin and misdemeanor larceny, according to sheriff reports.
