At the next Pea Ridge gathering on Thursday, May 9, county forest ranger Brian Rogers and county smoke chaser Eric Bradley will present information concerning the work of the Polk Forest Service.

The public is invited. Please bring a beverage and snacks. As a matter of public service, the Polk County mobile recycling truck will be at the Pea Ridge Community Center on Thursday, May 9 from 6:15 – 7 p.m.

The truck picks up recyclables on the second Thursday of each month from 6:15 – 7 p.m. at the center, which is located at 207 Big Level Road, 3-1/2 miles east of Mill Spring, just off Highway 108.
