LHS to recognize state championship baseball and softball teams

Landrum High School invites all former LHS coaches, players and managers to attend a game in their honor. The school will honor each group in a pre-game ceremony and dedicate a sign in their honor to hang on the school’s outfield fences. These will be installed prior to 2013 season openers. Dates are included below:
1975 LHS state championship baseball team
Friday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m.
Home baseball game vs. Liberty High School, 7 p.m. start
LHS will honor Coach Steve Coley and team in a pre-game ceremony.
1994 LHS state championship softball team
Friday, March 22 at 5:30 p.m.
Home softball game vs. Chesnee High School, 6 p.m. start
LHS will honor coaches and players in a pre-game ceremony.
2002 / 2005 / 2007 LHS state championship baseball teams
Thursday, March 28 at 7 p.m.
Home baseball games vs. Blue Ridge High School
LHS will honor these three teams in a pre-game ceremony, as well as former Head Coach Travis Henson and his dad, Coach Jerry Henson. Coach Henson is now the head coach at BRHS and will be here for the games with his team.
