The board of directors of Western Carolina Community Actions, Inc., a non-profit human services agency administering local, state and federally funded programs for low-income, the elderly and children in Western North Carolina, will meet Thursday, Oct. 13.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Etowah Lions Club in Etowah, N.C.
