Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff’s Department and Tryon Police Department Officers arrested Lee Anthony Brisbon at a residence located on Peake Street in Tryon Wednesday.

Brisbon was arrested for shooting two people in Forest City.

Polk County Deputies received a tip that Brisbon was dropped off at the residence in Tryon.

He was arrested peacefully and was transported back to Rutherford County and turned over to investigators from the Forest City Police Department.
