Animal communicator Cathy Easterbrook recently spoke to the Tryon Kiwanis Club about her natural gift of being able to telepathically communicate with animals. She works with pet owners to help them understand their animals, especially when the animals are experiencing stress, behaving strangely or lost. She told the audience several stories about situations when animals have told her what they need from their owners. She says she has also helped people find their pets when they are lost or in a strange place. She told how the animals telepathically describe to her where they are, or what path they took to get where they are. Easterbrook demonstrated how she does this, using the relationship between a person who was at the meeting and her cat, who was at home. Club president Steve Cobb thanked Easterbrook for her program and explained that the children’s book, “Storms and People,” would be given to a local school in her honor. (photo submitted)
