Kay gives award winning presentation to Kiwanis Club

Carson Kay, Polk County 4-H Club member, gave her award winning presentation about the TROT program to the Tryon Kiwanis Club on October 7. Carson won the state competition which allowed her to go on to compete at the regional level.
