News brief: Columbus council changes December meeting

Columbus Town Council will be holding its December meeting this Thursday. The meeting would regularly be on the third Thursday but due to scheduling conflicts, council decided to change the meeting to Dec. 3. New council members and mayor will be sworn in this week.
