The Gillette Woods Association is sponsoring a public forum Thursday for all the Tryon candidates. The forum will be held in the Tryon Elementary School auditorium from 7 to 9 p.m. The forum will be moderated by Polk County commissioner Tommy Melton and will feature a list of questions to candidates, followed by an open session during which audience members can ask questions as time allows. The public is encouraged to attend.
