Born in Waycross, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Jasper B. Dixon and widow of John Jerald Joslin, who died in 1999. Mrs. Joslin had worked as a nurse.

She is survived by, her mother, Elfreda Chancey Dixon of Tifton, Ga.; two daughters, Jeralyn Joslin of Columbus and Jenna Joslin of Tryon; dear friend, Ronnie Smith of Columbus; one brother, Tony Dixon and wife, Frances, of Abbeyville, Ga.; two sisters, Marie Tidwell and husband, Larry, of Tifton, Ga., and Jeanette Haynes and husband, Warren, of Waycross, Ga. Mrs. Joslin was preceded in death by a sister, Avie Cothern, and a brother, Jasper E. Dixon.
